QC Inspector / Manager - Brakpan

We are looking for a QC inspector / Quality Manger.
Exp in Fabrication and Welding, who can perform the following duties:
Draw up and maintain QCP’s and Data books.
Inline inspection of fabricated items i.e. Dimensional inspection of Mining equipment: Chutes, Cones, Access Platforms, plate work and structural before welding.
Completion of NCR’s, working to our Quality Management system in relation to ISO9001.
Liaising with Management with daily inspected and released items with customers.
Inspection post welding and grinding.
Final Inspection before booking inspection.
Book and facilitate inspections with clients.
Update and maintain Welder’s matrix with welders’ qualifications and or performance.
Follow up on outstanding materials.
Liaise with subcontractors on outsourced orders i.e. Machining, Rubber lining and painting.
Any ad hoc duties where applicable to preform duties and responsibilities.
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 Years experience in similar environment.
Welding and Fabrication Inspection Level 1 (SAIW) would be advantage.
Boilermaker background would be an advantage.
